During a routine inspection
People who used the service experienced care, treatment and support that met their needs and there were records to show how this care was provided.
We saw people who used the service were protected from abuse because the provider had taken reasonable steps to identify the possibility of abuse and prevent abuse from happening. Financial records were kept for people who lived in the home.
We saw there was an effective complaints system in place.
