During a routine inspection
Staff explained what they did to support people in making choices and decisions about the things that were important to them. Staff also knew the correct action to take to keep the people they supported safe from harm.
People were supported in a manner that maintained their rights to privacy, dignity and respect.
Staff listened to people using the service and improvements had been made to the way the service was provided by responding to people's views and suggestions expressed at the monthly tenant meetings.
