During a routine inspection

People in the home generally had limited verbal communication skills. However people we spoke with communicated directly or indirectly that they liked the home and staff and had positive experiences of the service. They said that they were treated well by staff who listened and respected them and were responsive to their needs. They felt that their views were sought on matters affecting them about their service and that they had a variety of opportunities available to them to engage in activities of their choice.
