During an inspection to make sure that the improvements required had been made

On this occasion we did not speak to people who used the service. We reviewed the action plans and evidence submitted by the provider.

Inspection carried out on 11 October 2011

During a routine inspection

People told us that they were happy with the service provided. They felt they were given enough information, that staff explained things clearly and treated them with respect. They reported that staff answered their questions, were polite and professional.
