During a routine inspection
People were involved in planning their care. People's consent was obtained by staff before their care was provided.
Staff demonstrated they had a good understanding of people's needs, knew people's routines and how they liked their service provided. People's plans of care contained instructions to staff about when and how to provide people's care.
The provider had reviewed staff training and skills since our last inspection and had developed training plans for each staff member. We found that staff had completed training and had the knowledge and skills to meet people's needs.
The provider had a process in place to protect people using the service from the risk of abuse. We saw evidence that the provider had taken appropriate action when they felt someone may be at risk.
The provider had a process in place to assess and monitor the quality of the service people received. People and their representatives were included in this process and had the opportunity to share their experiences of the care they received.
