During a routine inspection
We found that people were given a range of information that would help them decide if the treatment offered at the clinic was suitable for them.
Evidence showed that people were receiving treatment that was having a positive effect. People told us,"I feel like me again" and "After years of feeling terrible I now feel alive." We saw records that showed people had been assessed, treated and reviewed.
People using the clinic had all been referred by their family Doctor or consultant. We saw communication was sent back to these Doctors to ensure they were always fully aware of the treatment prescribed by the clinic.
The safe handling of medicines was assessed by a pharmacist inspector. There were no medicines stored at this location.
We found a number of effective systems were in place to check on the quality of the service.
