The person we spoke to said they received information before they received treatment and their wishes were respected. They also said the staff were polite and helpful and they liked coming to the clinic.

During an inspection in response to concerns

We spoke with six people attending the clinic during our visit and one of them was having her first appointment. All the people we spoke with were positive about the service they received. All of them said they had been given information about the service and the treatments when they first came. One person said “Everyone here is lovely, I haven’t been for a while, but it is just like coming home. The staff are all so friendly and supportive. The clinic has really helped me.” Another person said that they had been supplied with “lots of information when I first came.” She said that she had been advised about calorie management and the side effects of the medicines when she first came, although she already knew about this. She said she was satisfied that she could contact the clinic for advice if she was concerned about anything.
