During a routine inspection
We used a variety of methods to understand people's experience of the service including reviewing records, talking to the provider and to the registered manager and looking around the home. We spent half an hour with both people at their day care service situated next door. We saw that they looked well cared for.
We found that people only spent overnight at The Hallewell. They spent all of their day time at the care home next door which was owned and run by the registered manager of The Hallewell.
