During a routine inspection
One said 'they're very obliging' and another 'they usually do things for me how I like them done".
Everyone we spoke with told us that the food served in the home was very good. They said 'there is always a choice, but it's all nice' and 'the food is very good, we had lovely fish today'.
The only complaint we heard was from one person who said' I had to talk to them, they always gave me far too much, but it's all sorted out now'.
