Condition of this registration relating to carrying out this regulated activity

Within 14 days of the condition taking effect, the Registered Provider must implement effective governance systems. To include, but not limited to:
a. Each service user has a written care plan for known support needs and health conditions;
b. Each service user has written risk assessments for all known risks that sets out the actions to mitigate the identified risk;
c. Recruitment records to ensure you have all the checks required by Schedule 3 for each member of staff employed;
d. Staff training plan and records to ensure staff have received training they need to meet service user’s needs.

Within 14 days after this condition takes effect and then every first Monday of each calendar month thereafter, the Registered Provider must send to the Commission a written report outlining the findings of these audits. The report should contain details of the improvements identified, who will be responsible for them, the time scale for completion and what the quality assurance arrangements will be going forward to ensure that the agreed actions are completed.
