During a routine inspection
We found that people using the service were treated with respect and their dignity, privacy and independence were also respected. People were able to express their view about their care and treatment. We also found that there were arrangements in place for obtaining and acting in accordance with the consent of people in relation to their care and treatment.
People's needs were assessed and the planning and delivery of care reflected those needs. People using the service, staff and visitors were protected from identifiable risks of infection. There were sufficient numbers of staff to safeguard the health, safety and welfare of people using the service. We found that effective systems had been put in place to protect people from the risks of inappropriate and unsafe care.
