During a routine inspection

People we spoke with told us that they felt involved in their care and treatment. One person said they had received 'excellent treatment and nursing'.

One the day of our visit we saw that the all areas were clean and well maintained. Each consulting room had a clinical area with gloves and aprons available. There were suitable hand washing facilities in each room as well as alcohol gel.

People we spoke with were complimentary about all staff. They said there were sufficient staff to meet their needs. Staff told us they could always seek extra assistance from the King Edward VII's hospital if needed.

People told us that they would raise a complaint if they needed to and understood about the complaints system.
