During a routine inspection
The people using the service said the staff talk to them about any changes they want to make to the care provided. One person said he was aware he could change decisions about his care if needed.
The people using the service said they were very happy with the support they receive. One person said 'My support worker is very good, he is more like a friend and we get on well together'.
Staff support the people using the service with healthcare appointments such as the dentist and GP. One person said 'Sometimes my support worker comes with me to see my doctor and I am happy with this arrangement'.
The people using the service said the staff are kind and friendly and they have never been spoken to or treated badly in any way. One person said 'The staff are great, they are my friend, we do lots of things together'.
The people using the service said they know who to contact if they want to make a complaint. One person said 'I am very happy with the support I receive but if I wasn't happy, I know who to speak to'.
Wirral Contract Department had no concerns to raise about this service.
