During a routine inspection

People who used the service were very happy with their care service. Their relatives said staff were friendly and treated them with dignity and respect. Comments from people included 'I couldn't be more happy with the carers. They are lovely' and 'the carers provide very good care." People's needs were assessed prior to receiving their service. their care plans clearly stated what care services they required. People were consulted about their needs and their wishes were included in their plans. Staff were trained and supported to ensure they carried out their duties effectively.
