We were told that the regional manager was in the process of becoming the registered manager for this service.

People received care that supported their privacy, dignity and independence.

Care plans gave clear guidance to staff on the support to be provided.

A person who used the service told us “They’re fantastic. We couldn’t have asked for anything more.” Another person said that the service had been very valuable in a recent emergency. “They’re very good. They’ve proved that when we’ve had a crisis.”

A relative we met described the provider’s staff as “worth their weight in gold”.

Staff received appropriate support including mandatory and further training and supervision.

The provider had a system in place for assessing and monitoring the quality of the service provided.
