During a routine inspection
People received care that supported their privacy, dignity and independence.
Care plans gave clear guidance to staff on the support to be provided.
A person who used the service told us 'They're fantastic. We couldn't have asked for anything more.' Another person said that the service had been very valuable in a recent emergency. 'They're very good. They've proved that when we've had a crisis.'
A relative we met described the provider's staff as 'worth their weight in gold'.
Staff received appropriate support including mandatory and further training and supervision.
The provider had a system in place for assessing and monitoring the quality of the service provided.
