During an inspection looking at part of the service
We spoke with five people who use the service by telephone they told us they were very happy with the service provided by Cherish. They told us the staff were very good kind and considerate. Care staff knew them well and always made sure that they did what they were supposed to do. They told us they had no concerns and if they did they knew who they could contact. They told they felt comfortable speaking to the care staff, and informing the office if things were not right.
They told us that the agency rings them up regularly to see if they are happy with the care staff and the way they are supporting them.
We received some direct quotes from people these included
"Brilliant service, they have been looking after my daughter for four years and I can only say that the care staff are excellent''.
'I have never had any problems, care staff are kind and they look after me. They become friends''.
" Best agency I have had, dont know what I would do without them''.
