Condition of this registration relating to carrying out this regulated activity

The Registered Provider must send to the Care Quality Commission on the first Monday of the month following this notice being adopted and thereafter on the first Monday of each month, a written report which sets out the progress made in implementing an effective governance framework which includes adequate oversight of care records.
The Registered Provider must send to the Care Quality Commission on the first Monday of the month following this notice being adopted and thereafter on the first Monday of each month, written evidence to demonstrate that the quality assurance systems have been reviewed and the systems in place ensure required standards are met.
The written evidence should clearly record how each area will be audited, the frequency of the audits and who is responsible for completing these audits and the timescales for any identified actions to be completed. As a minimum the auditing systems should review the following:
• Risk assessment procedures
• Safeguarding procedures
• Care plans and care plan records
• Incidents and accident procedures
• MCA and DoLS documentation

The registered provider must not admit any new service users to St Michaels House, 1-3 St Michaels Avenue, Northampton, Northamptonshire, NN1 4JQ without the prior written agreement of the Care Quality Commission.

Terms of this registration relating to carrying out this regulated activity

The Registered Provider must not provide nursing care under accommodation for persons who require nursing or personal care at St Michaels House.

The Registered Provider must only accommodate a maximum of 13 service users at St Michaels House.
