During a routine inspection

We were not able to speak with people using the service because no one was available at the time of the inspection. However, we gathered evidence of people's experiences of the service by reviewing recent satisfaction survey results. The majority of respondents fed back that they were involved in making decisions about their care or treatment. One person commented "I appreciated the in-depth explanation the practitioner gave to me and the holistic perspective that he took ".

The majority of respondents stated that they were satisfied with their care and that it met their expectations. The majority of respondents also stated that they felt safe and comfortable at the centre. One person commented "My long-term condition was first properly diagnosed by a practitioner at the centre after struggling with various doctors and specialists for over five years". Another stated "I cannot recommend The Third Space Medicine Centre enough. I have only had the best treatment from fantastic practitioners".
