During a routine inspection
We talked with them and they said that they had been well supported. They said the staff were always available to talk to and support them. They told us that they were always treated with respect and staff were mindful of their privacy. They told us staff talked with them about how they would like their support to be provided.
The provider had developed a system whereby they can monitor how well the home is meeting the needs of the people who live there.
This organisation provides some people with support of a type that does not require registration with us. Therefore, at the time of our visit, the accommodation was shared with a small group of other people.
