We carried out this announced on-site inspection on 5 August 2025.
We found the service had met regulations.
The service mostly had effective systems to identify and manage risks, including infection prevention and control.
Staff had the skills, knowledge and experience to carry out their roles.
Staff provided care and treatment in line with current guidance. They treated patients with dignity and respect and ensured access to care, support, and treatment when required.
There was effective leadership and a culture of continuous improvement.
However, improvements should be made to the system for liaising with the building maintenance company to ensure effective oversight of the safety of the premises.
Improvements should be made to the recruitment procedures.

Dental Scan Ltd is in London and is a specialist dental and maxillofacial radiology imaging centre.
The service is located on the third floor of the premises. There is lift access to the service and car parking spaces are available near the service.
At the time of our inspection, there was a total of 10 staff, of which there was a lead radiographer (also the clinical director), 2 qualified dental nurses, a receptionist, 2 locum radiographers, a sales director, an operations director (also a qualified dental nurse) and a technical assistant. We gathered feedback from staff and spoke to a range of staff during our inspection, including the lead radiographer, 1 qualified dental nurse and the operations director.
