During a routine inspection

One person who uses the service commented 'I'm quite happy here' and 'they're very good'. They additionally commented that 'the staff are fine' and that 'good meals' were provided at the home.

Two individuals told us that they were happy with their bedroom accommodation. One person commented 'I like the room' and appreciated the view they had from their bedroom window.

An external care professional provided feedback to us about the service. They stated that they were happy with the service being provided and described it as 'person centred'. They reported that they had never had any problems with the service provided.
