Our view of the service
Date of assessment: 26 June 2025 to 2 July 2025.
We conducted this assessment to follow up on the breach of regulation which we identified at our last assessment. We assessed 2 quality statements, 1 in safe and 1 in well led and have combined the scores for these areas with scores based on the rating from the last assessment, which was good. Overall, the practice is rated good, and all key questions are rated as good.
At this assessment, we found the service had made improvements and are no longer in breach of regulation.
