We therefore visited the agency offices as part of this review, and asked for information from other organisations about their opinion of the quality of service.

Not everybody we spoke to knew how to make a complaint and we were told that information about complaints had only recently been included in the files at people's homes.
People described their staff as friendly and polite and told us that they felt their staff were respectful and always left them feeling safe.
People told us that they were supported with food preparation and medication where this is needed.
One person told us that their relative was safe when being supported to mobilise.
