Updated 30 May 2025
Date of Assessment: 23 January 2026 to 26 January 2026.
Restore Medical Alliance is located at 1a, Grange Park Avenue, Leeds, Yorkshire LS8 3BA. The provider is registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) in respect of some, but not all, of the services it provides. There are some exemptions from regulation by CQC which relate to particular types of regulated activities and services, and these are set out in Schedule 2 of The Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014.
The provider is registered with CQC to deliver the regulated activity of Treatment of Disease, Disorder or Injury. We did not assess, or report on, those services that are outside the scope of CQC registration. Therefore, we focused our assessment on the provision of treatments offered from the location including joint injections, health screening and screening for underlying health conditions, such as kidney, liver and thyroid disorders.
This is the first assessment for this location since their registration with CQC. At this assessment we had planned to review the locations performance in the key questions safe, effective, caring, responsive and well-led.
As part of the assessment process, we requested information from the provider prior to the site visit, which took place on 26 January 2026. However, the provider advised they were unable to submit this information. Therefore, we requested that the documentation was available for us to review during the site visit.
At the site visit on 26 January 2026, we held an interview with the Registered Manager during which they informed us that they were not providing any services or regulated activities from the location and had no oversight of any regulated activities that were being provided at the location. The Registered Manager advised they were solely a landlord of the premises which was sublet to other healthcare professionals.
The Registered Manager was unable to provide any verbal or documentary evidence to support the assessment process. Therefore, the assessment was terminated at this point. We have since requested that the provider review the CQC Scope of Registration and take appropriate action regarding their registration.
