People living in the home told us they were given a choice at mealtimes and they enjoyed having a chat with the staff. One person said their room was sometimes cold.

During an inspection looking at part of the service

People living in the home told us the staff were helpful and friendly and they respected their privacy and dignity. They told us they thought the food was very good and they always had a choice. Two people said they would be confident to make a complaint if necessary and the new manager was very approachable.

They told us that they thought the food was very good and they always had a choice. One person said they were looking forward to going shopping with a member of staff later in the day. Two people said they would be confident to make a complaint if necessary.

People living in the home told us that they felt well cared for and the staff were helpful. One person said activities were provided but they preferred not to join in. They said there was a choice of food at mealtimes and they could also request alternatives to the main menu.
