During a routine inspection

People who lived at Greville House told us "we are very well looked-after here"; "the carers are very kind"; "the food is freshly made, lovely". We observed care workers being warm and considerate towards the people they were looking after. When people needed assistance they were treated with courtesy and respect.

People told us about a range of regular activities available to them including exercises, quizzes and social events. They said they enjoyed regular residents' meetings.

People had choices in the food they ate. A person receiving respite care who was a vegetarian told us that she always enjoyed her food at Greville House. We saw that food was nourishing and well-presented.
