Condition of this registration relating to carrying out this regulated activity

The registered provider must submit an action plan to the Care Quality Commission on the first Monday after this notice of proposal is adopted and thereafter on the 28th day of each month until further notice. The action plan must detail the audits completed that month and must address any failings found in relation to the management of risk including safe handling of medicine, staffing levels that meets service user needs, care planning, risk assessments, accidents and incidents and maintenance. Within the action plan the timescales for completing actions, the staff designated to complete the action and dates of completion must be included.

The registered person must submit to the Care Quality Commission written evidence on the first Monday after this notice of proposal is adopted, of how they intend to support people to avoid social isolation; support people to follow interests and to take part in activities that are socially and where appropriate, culturally relevant to them and be involved in decisions about their care.

Terms of this registration relating to carrying out this regulated activity

The Registered Provider must only accommodate a maximum of 30 service users at Amberley House - London.

The Registered Provider must not provide nursing care under accommodation for persons who require nursing or personal care at Amberley House - London.
