At the inspection on 20 May 2026, we found the practice had made the following improvements to comply with the regulation:

Improvements had been made to the governance system to ensure policies and procedures were reviewed and reflective of the practice.

Improvements had been made to the practice’s systems to manage risk. In particular, risks associated with fire, legionella, radiography and servicing of equipment.

The practice had systems and processes for learning, quality assurance and continuous improvement. This included undertaking audits according to recognised guidance.The practice had had carried out an antimicrobial prescribing audit.

The practice still needed to complete a Data Protection Impact Assessment (DPIA) to assess the purpose, necessity, and risks prior to installation of Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV).
