During a routine inspection
People said they were well looked after and their treatment needs were fully met. They felt their treatment was explained to them in a way they understood. They were able to ask questions and express their views about their treatment which were listened to and respected. People told us that they were seen in private and felt that their privacy and dignity was respected. We saw that doors were closed during consultations.
People told us they felt safe when attending consultations and trusted their consultant's skills and knowledge. One person said, 'I trust my consultant immensely. I have been coming to see him for a long time and have developed a good rapport with him.'
