Our view of the service
Willow House Residential Home is a care home providing personal care for female residents over 65. The date of the assessment was 7 July 2025. At the time of our assessment there were 26 people living at the service.
People were supported consistently by compassionate staff who knew them well. There were enough suitably skilled staff to support people safely. The provider had systems in place to assess and manage risks to people’s health, safety and welfare. The service was clean, and the environment personalised.
People's experience of this service
People were supported by staff who treated them with kindness and respect. People were placed at the centre of their care. There was a focus on improving people’s quality of life and ensuring they were able and supported to participate in a range of activities.
People had a choice about how they wanted to receive care and support from staff. People and relatives spoke positively about the service and the care they received. Feedback included, “It gives me comfort to know [Name] is safe,” “Staff are consistent here, which is good”and “Communication is very good here."
