During a routine inspection
Two people who use the service had relatives visiting, we spoke to their relatives. One relative told us 'We are very happy with this place, we come here every week on different days and we do not say that we are coming but our relative always looks well looked after. The manager is very good; they treat every one like family. We are very happy with the care our relative receives'.
Another relative told us 'This place is a Godsend, I am very impressed with the level of care and support my relative receives. The home is efficiently run, communication with the manager and staff is good and the manager is always available. They seem to establish relationships quickly and genuinely care about people. There is always a nice atmosphere, quite bustling which suits my relative'.
