During a routine inspection
People who use the service told us that staff were courteous, efficient, professional and friendly. They treated people with respect and promoted their independence by involving them in making decisions about their support plans and treatment choices. One person said, 'The service is excellent I can't fault this agency they are the best agency I have ever had and they come out tops in all categories'.
