People's experience of the service

Updated 9 December 2024

People and their relatives told us staff treated them with kindness, as individuals and always promoted their independence wherever possible. They were involved in the planning of their care and knew who they could raise concerns to if they needed to. People felt listened to. One person said, “The staff I have are very good. They are the reason I’m with this company. They are problem solvers, always on the ball, very knowledgeable and easy to speak to.” A family member said, “The carers go through the correct training, and we are encouraged to reach out if we have any questions or concerns.”
