Condition of this registration relating to carrying out this regulated activity

The Registered Provider must provider a report to the Commission within one week after the date this notice comes into affect and on the first working day of each calendar month thereafter detailing the following:
a. The outcome of quality assurance audits and checks for care plans and risk assessments, staff files and infection control monitoring.
b. The action that has been taken to address any areas of risk identified and improvements made and planned.
c. The action that has been taken to implement an effective and safe staff recruitment system.
d. The report must include who is responsible for any actions identified and include timescales to be met.

Terms of this registration relating to carrying out this regulated activity

The Registered Provider must not provide nursing care under accommodation for persons who require nursing or personal care at St Heliers Hotel.

The Registered Provider must only accommodate a maximum of 30 service users at St Heliers Hotel.
