Our view of the service
- Date of assessment: 26 and 27 November 2025.
- This comprehensive assessment was the first assessment of the service since August 2022 when the service was rated good.
- We rated the service as good.
People's experience of this service
We reviewed feedback from people who had used the service, partner organisations, local NHS trusts, including the local ambulance trust.
We saw calls and enquiries were handled quickly and efficiently with the appropriate levels of care; all call handlers were experienced and treated each enquiry with sensitivity. Positive feedback was given by those using the service, their relatives and staff at services where patients were transported and handed over.
