We assessed 1 assessment service group at one location.

QE Facilities Patient Transport was registered with CQC in March 2021 to deliver the regulated activities: Transport services, triage and medical advice provided remotely. The service had a Registered Manager.

At this assessment we assessed 1 assessment service group: Patient transport services where we assessed 32 quality statements.

We visited the following areas as part of the assessment: ambulance station, medicines stores, associated offices and ambulances.

At this assessment we did not identify breaches of regulations.

We rated the location as Good.
