Patient feedback provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice.

The practice collected patient feedback from 65 patients prior to the inspection and on the day we saw feedback and spoke to a further 8 patients. All feedback was positive.

Patients commented on their effective treatment, naming staff members for their care, treatment and consideration and commenting on the cleanliness of the practice. We noted wholly positive on-line reviews.

Patient comments included that staff were welcoming and attentive, acted with integrity and showed compassion. Comments included “Always helpful, try to deal with emergencies as quickly as possible. Very clear instructions, explanations and description of treatment. All in all very pleased” and “Really appreciate mobile phone reminders.”

Patients said staff were professional, courteous and considerate. We were told “All very efficient and professional” and “Very courteous and efficient and always explain what is going to happen.”

Patients felt they were treated as individuals and their personal and cultural needs were respected. Comments included “The perfect atmosphere for a dental practice. I will continue to recommend to all. Well done.”

Patient surveys, online comments and feedback we reviewed provided a wholly positive level of satisfaction with the care and treatment received at the practice.

People received care from staff who were aware of their responsibility to respect people’s diversity and human rights and of the importance of privacy and confidentiality.

Staff felt respected, valued and supported in their roles and their wellbeing was supported. Staff consistently described how they worked well as a team and how their personal growth was encouraged.
