Providing independent assurance to the public of the quality of care in their area is one of our core strategic ambitions.
We aim to understand how care in a local area is improving outcomes for people and reducing inequalities in their access to care, their experiences, and outcomes from care.
Our assessments will be based on our new assessment framework.
