Our view of the service

The service is not performing as well as it should, and we have told the service how it must improve. 



Due to concerns received about safe care and treatment of patients, we commenced an offsite assessment of the service in July 2024 together with an onsite assessment on the 3 and 4 September 2024. 



We used our focused assessment methodology for this assessment. We did not look at all the quality statements for all key questions.
