Our view of the service
Date of assessment 26 February to 18 March 2025.
At this assessment we found people were kept safe and protected from avoidable harm. There were effective processes to monitor the quality and safety of the service and ensure people could access the service. The service had a positive culture with capable leaders. Governance processes were robust, and leaders mitigated risks.
People's experience of this service
During the assessment we observed patient care and spoke with people using the services. We also reviewed information the provider collected to monitor the quality and safety of the service. People felt outcomes were consistently good. People said they were well-supported, cared for and treated with dignity and respect. People could access care to meet their needs.
