The previous overall rating of caring at Newark Hospital was good. Our rating remains good. Staff were kind, compassionate and ensured patients were able to maintain dignity. Staff used a person centred, needs-based approach to ensure people had the best experience. Staff took account of people’ individual and diverse needs when providing treatment.
