People’s care plans reflected their physical, mental, emotional and social needs. People who used the service were regularly involved in planning and making shared decisions about their care and treatment, and understood their treatment options, including any risks and benefits involved.

People could access care, treatment, and support when they needed it, including out of hours and in an emergency. Physical premises and equipment were accessible. The service used people’s feedback to actively seek to improve access for people more likely to experience barriers or delays in accessing their care. People had equal access to care, treatment, and support.
