Our view of the service
Date of Assessment: 28 July 2025 to 30 July 2025. Triangle Surgery is a GP practice and delivers service to 4606 under a contract held with NHS England. The National General Practice Profiles states that that the ethnic make up of the patient population is 69.71% White, 7.94% Black, 12.17% Asian, 6.16% Mixed and 4.02% other. Information published by Office for Health Improvement and Disparities shows that deprivation within the practice population group is in the 7th decile (7 of 10). The lower the decile, the more deprived the practice population is relative to others. This assessment considered the demographics of the people using the service, the context the service was working within and how this impacted service delivery. Triangle Surgery is located in London at 2 Broomhill Road, Wandsworth London, SW18 4HX. The provider is registered with CQC to deliver the Regulated Activities; diagnostic and screening procedures, family planning services, maternity and midwifery services, treatment of disease, disorder or injury and surgical procedures. Triangle Surgery is part of Wandsworth Wandle (PCN).
The practice operates from a building spread over 2 floors, with 1 consultation room on the ground floor and 3 on the first floor. The practice also has access to a back office where the social prescriber sees patients.
The practice’s clinical team consists of 1 lead GP who is the managing partner, 5 long term locum GPs, 2 practice nurses, a healthcare assistant and a clinical pharmacist. The GPs are supported by an operations manager, and 2 reception/administration staff. The team are also supported by a PCN social prescriber.

We carried out this assessment to follow up on breaches found in our last inspection during April 2022, at which time the practice was rated requires improvement for Safe, Effective and Well-Led.
We saw evidence during this assessment that the provider had made improvements across all areas. It is now rated Good for delivering Safe, Effective, Caring, Responsive and Well-Led care.
People's experience of this service
People were positive about the quality of their care and treatment. Recent survey results, including from the National GP Patient Survey and the NHS Friends and Family Test, showed people were satisfied with services. Since the last inspection the practice had set up a patient participation group (PPG), who represented the views of people using the service the practice was working on recruiting more members. Representatives from the PPG described the in-house physio as very good and wanted more hands-on physio, intervention such as massage.
We asked the practice to share details on the practice website of CQC Give Feedback on Care process. Give Feedback on Care allows patients to comment directly to CQC on the care they have received. We received 17 positive comments from patients via Give Feedback on Care forms. Patients’ comments included “Excellent service”, “The receptionist are both exceptional, and professional”, “services is really good and Dr’s are polite and professional.
