Tyne Grange was exceptionally well-led. The registered manager led by example and staff and professionals were highly complementary about their leadership. Staff were especially committed and dedicated to providing the best possible care to enable people, often with very complex needs, to achieve extremely positive outcomes and regain skills they had once lost.

The provider had strong links with partners to enable people to receive holistic care that met their needs. Integration into the local community was seen as important and encouraged. Safeguarding concerns, incidents and accidents were reported to the local authority appropriately and fully investigated.
