Kindness, compassion and dignity

Regulations met

Patient feedback provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice. Patient comments included that staff were welcoming and professional

 

Patients said staff were caring and professional. Many patients commented that reception staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly.

Patients felt they were treated as individuals, and their personal and cultural needs were respected.

Patients said that treatments were well explained, and they were made to feel comfortable and relaxed during their visit.

People received care from staff who were aware of their responsibility to respect people’s diversity and human rights, and of the importance of privacy and confidentiality.

Staff felt respected, valued and supported in their roles, and their wellbeing was supported.

During our visit we observed reception staff dealing with patient enquiries in person and on the telephone in a helpful and friendly manner.
