At the inspection on 29 April 2025, we found the practice had made the following improvements to comply with the regulation:

Leaders told us they had employed additional dentists to ensure full time patient care. They had also implemented a robust prescription management process including a log, a tracking system and improved antimicrobial auditing.

A log and tracking system had also been implemented to provide management and oversight of outgoing and incoming laboratory work.

This increased transparency and supported the practice to meet patients’ needs such as prescribing medications and provision of laboratory made services.

At the inspection on 29 April 2025, we found the practice had made improvements to comply with the regulation.

In addition to employing enough dentists to provide full time cover, leaders had also implemented robust prescription management process including a log and a tracking system and improved antimicrobial auditing.
