We assessed Havant Renal Unit on 2 July 2026. We assessed 1 assessment service group, dialysis services at this location. Havant Renal Unit is registered with CQC to deliver the regulated activity: treatment of disease, disorder or injury. The service had a Registered Manager. We carried out this assessment of the dialysis service following a previous inspection where we identified a breach of regulation. The service had made improvements. We rated the service as good. The rating of Havant Renal Unit is good.
