We were provided with patient feedback, collected by the practice.

Patient feedback provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice.

We were provided with patient survey results from October 2025 to January 2026. Of the 140 patients who responded, 137 said they were either likely or very likely to recommend the practice to family and friends.

Comments included: “Dentist was great, did what was needed, put me at ease, all on time”, “Excellent service, phoned for an emergency appointment and was seen 2 ½ hours later, the dentist thoroughly explained my options, made sure I was comfortable throughout”, “Very friendly staff and excellent treatment provided”, “Lovely practice, staff, building cleanliness, hardly any waiting, very thorough and professional treatment”, “Very professional, helpful and explained everything well.”

Where patients made suggestions or raised concerns, we were told these would be reviewed and acted on as appropriate.
