Patients said staff were professional, courteous and considerate. Comments included, “My experience with Shaz Associates has always been exceptional. The reception staff are very helpful, and the dentists and dental nurses are professional, compassionate and highly skilled. From the moment I walk in, I am greeted with warmth and efficiency, making each visit pleasant and stress-free.” Other comments included, “I had some treatment recently at the Dental Works dentists in Milton Keynes and had one of the most pleasant experiences I have ever had. As someone who is slightly nervous around dentists, drills and any needles, I was apprehensive before going to the surgery. I shouldn't have been so worried as I was immediately put to ease by the kind reception staff before I was sent upstairs to see my dentist. Dr (clinician) was brilliant from the start and I had some issues with my teeth so had to get a second opinion from another dentist who I hadn't met before but was amazing as well. His informative manner made me feel comfortable and he was able to assist with the issues I was having. Dr (clinician) and her nurse then continued my treatment and took the time to explain where I was going wrong with my brushing technique, as well as some helpful tips to maintain better gum care in the future. I haven't previously given feedback for many things, but after leaving, I felt so strongly about how much I felt at ease in such a stressful environment that I thought it was only right for me to let people know that Dental Works had gone above and beyond my expectations. I have even recommended the surgery to my friends who are currently at other practices. I don't think I will feel as apprehensive the next time I have to go to the dentists and that is the biggest compliment I can pay them.”

We were provided with a patient survey which showed positive results.
